SMD_3D Interactive has released the latest beta of Qmidi 3 Music Composer, soon to be followed by the full version. Written in DarkBASIC Professional, this application lets you load and save Midi files, and edit them in a host of different ways. It is adequately featured to create game music loops using pasting and dragging of notes around the canvas, along with full track editing and more. The video demonstrates the creation of a music loop using the application, which is fully detailed in the forums, where you will also find download links.
